Workflow details
Getting Started
What you’ll need:
- We only accept approved concepts/collages or 3D models, along with a single document containing all references to the items.
- The scope of the technical specifications is provided for the entire space at once, not in parts. Technical specifications are not accepted via voice messages or text messages in messaging apps.
Additionally:
- Floor plan in DWG format.
- Elevations of all walls with all dimensions, or an Archicad/AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit file containing the architectural design and necessary interior elements.

- References for the desired atmosphere, examples, key details, and decor elements to consider.
- Photographic documentation from the site.
- Other details will be discussed separately.
Reservations for the project must be made 2–3 weeks in advance.
Work phases
Discussion of the project
We discuss the details of the project. If both parties agree on the scope of work and the timeline, a start date is scheduled.
Start of the workflow
A deposit of 50% of the project cost is paid. Next, the space is designed and furnished, the lighting and materials are configured, and the scenes are set up. The client receives test renders.
Making changes
At this stage, the client makes revisions. Two rounds of free revisions are provided for finalizing the renders.
Project Completion
The client pays the remaining 50% of the project cost. Next, the renders are produced at final resolution and post-processed. The renders are sent as files via a messaging app or uploaded to a cloud service.

Cost
The cost of interior visualization is $150 per render. More complex spaces are charged at $200 per render.

- 2 rounds of revisions.
- Over 100,000 models in the library and 3 Pro models from 3dsky to help you save money.
- Basic modeling (custom models are billed separately)
Dates
- 2–5 days for the rough drafts of a single room
- up to 2 days to make changes
- 2–3 days for the final rendering. The time required depends on the scope of the project and our current workload.
Additionally
- Revisions should not exceed 30% of the original concept
- Additional modifications are billed separately on a percentage basis (20–100% of the cost of the premises).

- 3D architectural models in 3ds, OBJ, and FBX formats.
